REFUND POLICY
Customers may return items purchased from ASG within 30 days from the original purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, refer to your order confirmation email and click "View Order Summary." On the Order Summary page, select "Return or Exchange Items" to begin the process.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase — such as your original receipt or email confirmation — is required for all returns.
Eligible Items
Both regularly priced and promotional items may be returned, provided they meet the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:
- Unwashed and unworn
- In original condition with all hang tags still attached
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
How to Prepare Your Return
- Go to your order confirmation email and click "View Order Summary."
- Select "Return or Exchange Items" to initiate your return.
- Pack the item in its original condition with proof of purchase included.
- Attach the prepaid return shipping label provided and drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund amount.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality inspection. If the item meets our return criteria, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus the $5.99 restocking fee.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, follow the same steps as a return by selecting "Return or Exchange Items" from your Order Summary page. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original hang tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of the request.
